Cancellation Policy

 We understand that schedules change and things happen unexpectedly. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment we require 48 hours notice. If you do so with 48 hours or more notice there will be no charge. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your expected appointment will be subject to 50% of the service booked. Cancellations made on the day of the appointment booked or a “no show” will be subject to 100% of the service booked. Please understand that I have set aside this time for you and will be unable to provide service for any other clients at this time.

It is my goal to provide the best service possible to you and all of my clients. With respect to that if you arrive late to your appointment we will utilize the time left in your appointment as efficiently as we can. If there is an appointment after you we will finish your appointment on time to respect the time of the clients appointment following yours.
