Directions For Use:
After cleansing, apply to dry face and neck with a cotton pad. Do not rinse off. Use twice daily followed by your target products, moisturizer and sunscreen as desired. Using a toner after cleansing rebalances the PH of your skin. This helps optimize the absorption of your target products.
